Tim provides more than seven years of experience in small business operations and management and more than two years of experience in marketing, negotiating and brokering large land transactions with unique ecological and environmental sensitivities throughout the Southeast. Tim’s additional experience includes working with Real Estate Investment Funds to identify and capitalize on properties that have significant potential for appreciation and/or repositioning via development to the land’s highest and best use.
